Montana State Wins!!! FTG!!! What a game. Come back from behind win, with less than 10 seconds left fumble recovered down near the goal line to gain possession to win the game. Best part is my wife is a um alum. I've converted all my kids to be MSU fans too.Image

What is that? A giant cow turd?

It is a tribute statue of the greatest Montana football player ever to come from the state. Name is Dunkem Shitcowski. He later became a world famous Shit buster in the plumbing business.

I was “THIS CLOSE” to finally putting a deer down this year. He was just a few yards too far away and I really didn’t want to potentially cripple him with buckshot and have him run off and die somewhere unfound.

I’ve got about 20lbs of venison and elk in the freezer and I didn’t get an elk this year. Daddy is hungry and the freezer is low. C’mon, Bucky!

:thumbsup2: I wish more hunters were like you.
I once found a yearly with its jaw shot off standing about 100 yards from me while hunting in MT. Blood had dried, probably happened within the week I was there.
Put it down and tagged it since since it was inevitable it would starve to death.
Not much meat but yummy none the less.

Good on both of you.

You will get there Dana, no worries, good karma begets good karma..

Winco.

Damn.

The head of security asked that I send him a video of what happened....(Security guard threatening me).... So I did...

They fired the guy on the spot, and the contractor is being replaced.

Holy crap. Talk about awesome customer service...

They said I saved them a ton of money because that guy probably would have done something else down the line that would have cost them $$$ (Ie getting sued).

The security guard hadn't even been licensed a full month........ Sheesh

The few times I've had constructive criticism for Winco, they've made changes almost immediately...

Any suggestions on how to use the $100 gift card they're giving me? I would normally buy food for the homeless, but you can't tell these days and I don't wanna give it to meth heads/heroin addicts... ditto for donating it to a food bank because it'll end up in a meth heads mouth...

Is there anyone here a little short on cash that wants stuff for Thanksgiving dinner for free?

This made my day. My youngest (20) who is home from college this week wanted to go to the Museum of Flight (He's turned into a history nut like me) He was essentially raised at the MOF every Sat as a kid with their Saturday kids aerospace workshops.
So off we went. I got a few retro photos in the process. (Oldest son had to work) He plans to apply for a Business Internship program next fall at Boeing.

This B29 below came into the MOF in around 2001 and we toured it in 2002 (our tour in 2002 was inside and out back then before restoration as I had a buddy that flew them, he's now past) Reilly was 4 years old then.

Today I found my iPad, which has been missing somewhere in my new place for over a month.
It was turned off, so I couldn't use the app to find it.
Kept looking every few evenings when I'd think about it and just could not figure out what I had done with it.
Finally looked today in the bright sunshine coming in the windows, and there it was.
Underneath my black headphones, covered with a black cover, and sitting in a black cubby of my tv console.
Looked right at it a dozen times but couldn't see it under the room lights.

I will never buy a black cover for any expensive thing again.
It's so dark in that corner if I'd have set an evil black rifle there I would have lost it too. :rofl9:
