Found out that the Savage Axis .243 rifle I bought for $49 on clearance at Walmart in August is eligible for a $50 rebate from Savage. Cheap is good, but free is better!

Absolutely pouring rain. So great. Just washing away all the ash and crap that was moistened last night and today.

I found my permanent breakfast.

1 scoop chocolate slimfast
1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder
1 packet Nescafe instant coffee.
~26 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

OMG.

Not hungry for most of the day.
Protein and nutrients.
Coffee, chocolate, and peanut butter...
About 10g sugar and 12g carbs. I could cut that down if I went to the Keto slimfast, which is 3x more expensive, or the diabetic slimfast, which is 2x more expensive.

I also have carnation instant breakfast.. Might have to substitute one of the ingredients to see how that works...

Might want to add some soluble fiber to that gut plugging blend.

Will a pound of broccoli for dinner work?
