Took the teenager from my previous post in this thread and her friend out on the boat, and broke out the tube. That kid is 15 or 16, lived here his whole life, had never been in a natural body of water, never been on a boat, never even crossed the narrows bridge. Well to say he enjoyed being on the tube behind the boat would be an understatement.

The smell of a nicely rubbed pork butt in the fridge getting ready to hit the smoker in the morning!

Between yesteday and today... Movers picked up our HHG, and after some final house clean-up today my van is packed with the choice valuables that I keep with me. Tomorrow morning we hit the road for our move to AZ. In my short time on WGO I've met some really great people. And, I hope to find a web forum in AZ like WGO. Not just a gun forum, but one that has the vibe and feel of WGO. I'll still be around here, but a new-local-to-me forum would also be a bonus. I'm gonna miss people here on a face-to-face level, but know that trough WGO a lot of good is still close.

Some of the new guns I bought but haven't yet fired all functioned perfectly at the range! That's always a great sign. :)

Night shooting in the backyard and the neighbors didn't hear a thing. Ok, it was with a Bow but it was still fun. I have enough light back there with the Floods and a Fiber optic sight to make it easy.
