Stopped by the Goodwill near my home to look for some cast iron. Didnt find anything worth buying so for the hell of it I stopped in the book section and spotted this.
I already have a copy. A few years ago he was spokesperson for some vitamin supplements and was offering autographed copies of his book for free. Just had to pay shipping.
So I pick it up wondering, "what are the odds that this is one of them......" I open it and this is what I see...
My first copy is not personalized to me which leads me to believe this copy was obtained in person at a book signing. Not a bad pick up for $3.

Had cataract surgery two days ago. They used the femptosecond laser. Took about 10-15 minutes. Seeing better today than anytime in the last 10 years!

Polyps are important for only one thing. To "justify" the colonoscopy, and to scare you into continuing to get checked.
If you have ever seen skin tags... They are exactly the same thing. If they are going to turn to cancer in your intestines, they are going to turn to cancer in your armpit.
They are called "pre-cancerous". You know what else is precancerous? Pretty much your entire body.

They just look for junky hinky funky cells and blood and DNA and such.
