Obviously youu guys have never had juicy moist turkey for TG.
Any turkey haters, I considered the "Woke" generation, or perhaps really bad grandmother and mother cooks.

First, if you bake a turkey, you gotta salt the focking turkey! Brine, 24 to 48 hours. This locks in the juice when you bake it. Then stuff that bitch with whatever combination of stuffing you have. Gay people need not apply when stuffing the turkey.

Second, if you really want to make a juicy turkey, brine it a day before and deep fry it.

I prefer turkey over chicken, because it's easier to control the juices in the meat when cooking due to its size.
Size matters when stuffing a turkey.

Guy from Montana gonna know his juices.

Well, technically FROM Minnesota, 42 years in WA, and now residing in MT.

What's the days count down now for you?

9 working days!

It's too bad the world is scheduled to end in 6 working days...

Turkey? Butterfly, brine, slather with butter then into a 550 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reset temp to 350 for required duration (15 minutes per pound).

Baste if you want - I like fruit juices and onions.

Stuffing is a disaster. Dressing made on the stovetop (with sausage) is the way to go

:thumbsup2: You probably saw this, but you have to have your negative Covid test uploaded to the safe travel website Before you arrive, they just changed the rules.
Much envy though.
