Got the front end staff at SportCo all excited. The wife and I both had to use the restroom and went in together. For those of you who don't know, there is only one restroom and it has 1 stall and 1 urinal. When we came out, and started to go different directions, a clerk was really upset until she found out we were married. Then she had to tell the customer who complained that it was not a big deal. We laughed all the way home.

Went to the podiatrist today... mostly Ukranian folks there.... the stern-faced Ukranian nurse leads me to the exam room and the doctor begins....

as the exam/treatment comes to an end, the nurse busts out laughing (way out of character for her normal demeanor)...

"Doktorr! Deed you rread what heez sheert it says?!"

My shirt is one of the ones that WaGuns member Shlo had made up and is copied from the label on a 7.62 x 39 ammo crate.

"Sniperski!" she exclaimed. And she was all kinds of friendly after that.

That's awesome! People always ask me "what does that mean on your shirt?" when I wear mine around. Great story!

Working interview tonight at Tipsy Cow Burger Bar in Redmond. Nailed it. Set to start "official" training tomorrow. Super stoked.

I may have to enter a comment on "What has pissed you off, today" when I find out I can't afford it. How much does a typical burger plate cost?

Not even close to as glorious. Database hiccup. When she glitched there were "x" many sessions active. When she came back (seconds later), there was a different number of sessions, so she crashed.

Fix is literally 30 seconds, but at 2am when she went down I was out, phone on DND, and oblivious to the world.

If I recall correctly, it's on par with Red Robin pricing. Or any other gourmet burger joint. Expect about $10-15 per person depending on what sides, drinks, or appetizers you get.

ETA: give the place a try sometime. You won't regret it. It's one of my favorite burger joints around, along with Wibbley's.
