After spending 21 horrible hours on airplanes flying I made it home in time to be at my son's 7th birthday party.

Finished pressure washing the deck, bought new deck chairs and an umbrella,
Rewarded myself with waffles and real Canadian maple syrup.
Quit buying Vermont syrup, makes me think of Bernie.

I set out a long exploratory set (46 miles) the last 16 miles was loaded with fish,now all I have to do is concentrate all 74,000 hooks in that area.

Gramma pulled into the driveway just after the UPS truck dropped off my ammo. Gramma gets out and hands me a shoebox, says "Happy Birthday! Let me know if they don`t fit right away so I can exchange them." She gets in the car before I can look and leaves. I go inside, shaking my head at my gramma (always like that), and open the box.
BNIB Air Jordans. Not at all my sort of footwear, I prefer boots. But the thought was there and so thank you, gramma. TBH I`m not likely to ever wear them, so I may appreciate the thought and put them up for sale or trade.
