Easy fix.

Find out who the officers are.

Send birthday/xmas/etc cards to their wives/sons/daughters, etc

When engaging in such shenanigans, they have to realize that they can't just 'take the uniform off', doesn't work that way.

Himmler was still Himmler when he was taking a morning shower.....

The Governor of Nevada knows that Bumdy is in the right. The FEDS aren't getting the point, because they're the feral government… everyone else is scum. Whatever happened to States Rights? How much more do the feral gov't agencies need? Take, take, take, take, and more take, as they steadily kill every family business, to let their corporate donors move in and buy the land cheap, so they can throw up another factory farm. How many more rights do we lose? I know I'm fed up with their shit… they need to check themselves, and take a few steps back. Chip… chip… chip… chip… that's the sound of our rights and freedoms vanishing before our eyes….. and I'll say it once more. Our forefathers would have been shooting by now.

Correction.. the shooting would be over and America could once again flourish, and the Feral Gov't would be back in its proper place.

Yes, I agree. There are people on the forums that get upset, that you DARED to ask a simple question. If it's not good enough, then I apologise for not articulating my thoughts or words good enough. I tried.

thanks for the explanation... I got it... and actually makes a lot of sense...

here' a very similar scenario actually (hypothetical)

---- rich man has many homes, on of his mansions has a huge backyard.. caretaker asks the owner if he can plant grapes and make some wine... owner says yes and so caretaker makes money on the side for a generation...

rich man dies and son takes over, decides he wants to expand the mansion and build a swimming pool where the farm is now.. tells the caretaker's son that this is what he is doing after the next harvest...

caretaker's son has a fit and goes to court...the small winery his father built makes a lot of money and he now demands that the court give the land to him because he has been farming it all his life and he now feels it is his...

----- so who is in the right?

actually depends on where you are, when this was...

this is how homesteads were established --- use the land, you can claim it... in other countries you have right to claim any land you have farmed for several decades...as it is considered that the actual owner abandoned it on your behalf...

it's a bit extreme exampled, but food for thought... these cases are not that simple really.. yes, we all focus on the turtle as the cause of the problem, but it could be more than that...

I'm not saying what the govt is doing is right, I'm saying that it's a case by case basis and some may have more to the story than meets the eye...

and just to re-iterate to the masses here, if you can't stop to ask yourself the why before you jump on the bandwagon, you're no better than the libtards who do...

if you are in the bandwagon, be prepared to answer some basic questions--- like what are you doing on it... saying because they're in it too is not a good answer...

@danoh -- sorry for the misunderstanding, I hope you win your case against the the airport folks.. while I can understand there's more than we probably know about what's going on, it certainly sucks to be on the short end of the stick when somebody just arbitrarily knocks out your livelihood..

I don't know how it became acceptable that the government claims the land and charges the people to use it. Where is that in the constitution, I wonder. I missed the part about turtles having superior rights as well.

His claim is that his rights to use the land were in existence before the land became off limits. I can't find the article but it stated that his family has been using that land for cattle grazing since 1800 or something and that was long before the Feds decided it was off limits.

Wonder if we could use his logic and go back to shooting in areas that were closed recently. After all, didn't we have "shooting rights" before the "pit's" were placed off-limits?

That could be interesting.

So much stuff on the web that is wrong about this. I have been looking and trying to find out the real back story.
This is good. It takes a couple minutes to read, but once again Clyde Lewis has done his reserch

So read it, then post

n our world today we are being told that it is better to surrender privacy and that transparency is a state security threat. We also mistakenly believe that if the police are surrounding a suspect that he or she must be guilty. If the suspect decides to fight back or take a stand, it is punishable by death no matter who is right or wrong.

I've been following the story on Info.Wars, and to their credit, they are doing a good job of explaining what's going on. Whether you like Alex Jones or not, he has become the 'real news media'.

I hate to admit it, but he's been right quite a bit lately.

He's always had interesting information. His problem (at least to me) has been that instead of exposing the information and letting that stand as it is, he always has to add his crazy spin on top. That's where he loses me. I just tune him out for the most part because of it. I have noticed he has been getting more mainstream though. What does that have to say about everything, I wonder. I mean WOD is saying he's our "real news" now! Holy crap, we are so f.....!

The problem with conspiracy theorists is that they tend to believe, or pretend to believe, every conspiracy. That was always my problem with him. Maybe he's scaling that down now though.

Yeah, that's a good way to wind up in a federal prison. You have fun with that.

I bet the dude has a Stark Industries Ironman powered exoskeleton.

That would make the most sense for cordoning off the area and surrounding him with 200 armed federal agents.

I bet those agents are scared.

Damn, I really hope they get this guy. Make him pay. With blood. And no good guys are lost.

I really get the feeling that a lot of people coming down on the side of the BLM have really never been on any BLM/public range land. These lands are absolutely fucking huge. The cattle will not impact these lands, not at all. In most cases, cattle and their tenders are the only domestic things present on the range land.

This is just part of continued cultural disdain for western states from the northeast-centric federal admin. Their view on "public land" is that they will fence it off at any time for any reason they can come up with. Obviously now we can see that they take it seriously enough that they will steal your property and shoot you if you disagree.

Above all else, grass is a renewable resource, so is dirt and water, and the last time I checked, cows don't fucking eat turtles.

Personally I will continue to hunt/hike/etc. on BLM land and I do not give a fuck what their rules are. It's the PEOPLE'S LAND.

B.L.M. stands for Bad Luck Men.

Which, spelled backwards and strung together, is Nemkculdab.

Who is one of Satan's inner circle.

Ergo, eureka, dynamo hum, makes the BLM types - DEVIL WORSHIPERS !!!!!!

Start moulding silver bullets !
