Tell that to the Guy who dug a pond in Klamath County, Oregon to have an emergency supply in case of a fire....Pond Filled, Fine Paid, Gov. Appeased.......You may have a right to life...But You don't always have a right to water....Keep drinking the Kool Aid and You will be fine

I said access to water for drinking. I didn't say divert a creek to fill a pond just in case there is a fire. Big difference.

With all this great water shortage I'm can't figure out why the lib asses haven't closed the Pacific Ocean for the summer?
