A portion of it is, yes. And yes, the BPD officers were inside the gated area. No, I don't have a lock (the locking kind of lock, if that makes sense--I do have a latch) on the gate.

I get our rights and believe in them, but if my child goes missing I will move heaven and earth to find or look for them and destroy anything or anyone to find them, yes we have rights and they are unquestionable, but we also have feelings and the ability to feel apathy, so as fellow human you should wanna help to try find a missing child more than cry and whine about what stupid rights you may or may not have. Cops are humans and have feelings too, they're not robots that read a book and fallow it to a tee, they think and make descions too, they live with em too.
I think the people who bash how they hate bad cops and bad cops only, but seem to bash all should either go join or shut up, it's not working at a store or whatever mindless job, it's is people's lives every day, it's stress beyond what normal people can't comprehend. Yes the laws are black and white, but life is more than that, it's not oh I'm gonna check everyone's yard, it's oh I have a reason, you may or may not agree with it, get over it.
The people who cry most over rights and the police seem to be the ones hiding the most.

This is nearly word-for-word of what I read once during a ranting editorial regarding how guns needs to disappear.

I need your car more than you do, so, I'll be over shortly to get it. Don't worry, I have a reason, you might not agree with it, but you'll get over it.

You mean like the guy who had a family member shot because police trespassed in his backyard?

Or the family who called the police on their mentally disturbed son, to have an officer arrive, and shoot the kid in the back after saying 'We don't have time for this shit', as the kid was laying, restrained, on the ground?

You mean THOSE kinds of people that have 'shit to hide'?

So Peckerinak.....You have never read or tried to understand the Bill of rights??? Seems to me if You are working as a LEO, You have very little understanding of what Your role is.....

If You are not working as a LEO, Then I guess North Korea is looking for a few good Thugs....

Not meant as an attack on You, Just trying to gain an understanding of what You are trying to say. To Much emotion and not enough common sense being slung around...

If one cannot be safe in their Homes, Their Personal Effects and thoughts, Then why do we need firearms to defend ourselves? Lets just scrap the whole rule of law and let the PoPo run everywhere and over everyone...Hell why Not just become the Soviet States of America and throw all those wandering kids into a camp and force them to work until they are no longer a threat to anyone...Seems reasonable....

Something to remember as even though some of these comments are not "attacks", there is a definite divide about rights and interpretations of what those right are. We are all individuals.

To some, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution isn't black and white, but slightly fluid. Does that make them wrong? No. Does it make you wrong? No.

Please keep that in mind during discussions such as these.. People are all entitled to their own views and arguments are rarely ever WON on the internet, so don't spend so much energy typing our that hateful post.

Y'all are fools, where did I say yeah it's ok to take my car or shoot people for no reason?
Yes you hate cops and probably don't have kids and we can see why.
Good for you, my point was if there's a possible missing child, everyone should wanna do everything to try and find them, didn't say shoot anyone and everyone or take people's possessions, I said to look for them at a possible property for a kid ifs there's just cause, which I mean for real just cause not for you anti LEO's just cause that is some extreme example of abuse of power or corruption.
I'm obviously not a LEO or anything there of, but I do find it hilarious that people use the examples of a commie or socialist state all the while saying the laws we have are black and white with no interpretation, guess they don't see the idiocy.

As I said in my post. If I am home, come ask and I will gladly join in the search.

However, if I am not home, unless you havr absolute rocksolid first hand eyewitness or evidence that the kid is in my locked yard?

You van stay the hell out, and give me a call or wait for me to get home. There is no reason my right to personal property should be violated.

I belive in the rights to personal property just as much as I belive in free speech and the RTKABA.

Also, be mindful of who you play the "you must not have kids card" with, ok?

Like I said, Time to choose a side and stop straddling the fence....

Have a nice day :thumbsup2:
