Reasonable Expectation of Privacy......Innocent until proven Guilty.......Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness.....Unreasonable Search and Seizure.........Any of this ringing a bell.....or have You all been drinking the Jim Jones punch they have been handing out lately???? And If You don't know who Jim Jones was.....Put the Playstation away and pull out a book...and a copy of the Constitution, as you have been brain washed by the Liberals in your meager education....And books can be found in a building called a Library......

I heard you the first time Pete. My kids life trumps your rights. That is obviously not the case for you. We disagree.

As a father of a kid that once went missing for a short amount of time, I can understand the emotion. But I am sorry, no ONE PERSONS emotions or desires trump the rights of society. PERIOD. Your kid, my kid do NOT invalidate others rights under the constitution ever. I never once considered going thru everyone's fenced backyards, you are much more likely to be looking for a vehicle anyway if they are being taken against their will. Knock on doors, sure I would have but only after I had retraced his steps. And yes once found he was less than a happy child for a while, and has never again wandered off without letting us know where to.

You are all talking like anti-gun liberals, because we all know that is what they say when hey talk gun control, and you are using THEIR ARGUMENT!??!? One child's life trumps our rights. WRONG. Ban guns and it will save one kids life, may not save the other hundreds or thousands, but that is not the argument they use. They want gun control to save a single child, and now you are using the same argument to invalidate our 4th amendment rights? It actually makes me a bit ill now that I stepped back and looked at it.

Well stated Lamrith....The Needs of the Few do not outweigh the Rights of the Many.....Folks need to put emotions aside and look at the core issue.....

Every Life has equal Value BK....But I would not ask anyone to give up their G-d given rights in My self interest...That is what is at debate here...The core of the matter.....

And that is why we are individuals and not robots. My line is a bit different than yours.

Good, cause god didn't give us those rights, blood of patriots did.

Men willing to fight and die to protect what they believed in, and forge those beliefs with not just pen and ink, but lead and steel.

It once was yes... Now I believe not so much. Lol religion wasn't my point. Freedom, true freedom as well as rights is only for those whom are willing to take it. Is this not what the Israelites did when they followed Moses out of Egypt? I am far from a historian of any kind, but this has always been my belief.

No need to take anything....You were born with these rights...From Day one You were covered.....It is a matter of keeping them intact that is at issue...And on a side note...The Israelites, led by Moses, left due to oppression by a tyrannical regime...Here we have no where to run to, so here we must stand and fight....ala Masada....As we have a Dictator in the making, with Tyranny all around him....Just saying
