Lasso his ass and tie him to a tree until hunting season. Make sure he gets some nice grain and other goodies to fatten him up slowly. USDA Prime venison

Measure girth around deer just behind front legs:
(live weight)
24" = 56 # 38" = 156#
25" = 67# 40" = 181#
30" = 90# 42" = 211#
32" = 103# 44" = 243#
34" = 117# 46" = 289#
35" = 125# 47" = 311#
36" = 134# 48" = 339#

I'm sure if he was able to get close enough to throw a measuring tape around the bucks chest, he could have just walked him onto a scale. Much more accurate.

Deer sometimes wander out onto the range at Upper Nisqually Sportsman's in Eatonville, while everyone is shooting trap! They wander out and start grazing, sometimes right where the clay fall. They have to stop shooting and shoo the deer off.

Huh... small world... I was at Pete lake last weekend too. We also had a deer in our site, but it looks like we were on opposite ends of the lake.

Lately the deer at the Kenmore Range have been wandering onto the 300 yard rifle range.
