first wow lots of things wrong with this, not trying to bash LEO but they need some improvement
and yes you pull a weapon on the Leo your more then likely 6ft down now.

1- I wouldn't situation myself between the track and "suspect"...
2- what's the leo trying to due run away when 2 off them fighting
3- then lady officer couldn't keep accomplice away from interfering
if it wasn't for the leo in black body slamming em both would have been a different outcome

I'm sure there's room for improvement, tactically speaking, on the LEO side . . . but honestly, based on what I read and what I saw in the video, this was a good shoot and a justified outcome.
The friend is lucky that he didn't get a bullet as well . . . .

I did not hear of this until' last Saturday while driving through Burien. I was at a light and some teenage chick came up running to my passenger window and threw a sheet of paper in, and did the same to the next car. They were doing a car wash to raise money for this "victims" family.. I heard the guy on the corner yelling police are murderers over and over again.
I got home and googled the story, and I feel the same way after seeing the video. He got what he deserved. He was only a split second away from murdering a police officer, and possibly having the drop on a second one.

Giron's cousin spoke at this rally on Sunday. Her name is Michelle Aguilar and she said that Giron was profiled.

Fair enforcement is needed for a reason. Too many asshats like this guy trying to ride for free.
