Any outlook/cell phone email guru's?

I'm having an issue with outlook auto reading my emails even when I turned that option off in the settings.
I'm thinking it's my cell phone doing it but there isn't an option to do that on my cell.
Not sure what it could be at this point...

It Outlook marking them as read after viewing them in the preview pane?
Or is that the option you were referring to....

So I could be looking at my outlook on say the 3rd to the top email writing a response to whomever and I will notice 2 new emails pop up.
I will continue to write my email without clicking or looking at those two emails and it about 5-10 minutes they will go from being marked unread to read...

Weird.
Just to be sure . . . you have unchecked the first two options in the Reading Pane options menu, right? See:

Have your IT guy check mobileadmin for any associated activesync devices.
