OK, so, this chick has been pretty blonde in the past....but this just threw me for a loop..
So, I rent a house, and the homeowner (my landlord) lives in a mother in law suite (another small 'house' on the property).
So, she asked me to move my trucks off the lawn this morning, so I got up to do it....
As I'm out there pulling tape off my trucks (having just painted them), she says I left the hose on last night.... I'm thinking 'no big deal', because I have a nozzle on it... No water flows unless you pull the trigger...
Then she goes on to say that she's upset that she pays the bill (all utils are covered) and I don't care... I look at her weird... and she goes onto explain that she's upset that I 'left the water on all night', and that I'm causing the water bill to go higher.. Now, keep in mind, NO water is flowing...
So, I explain to her that water has to FLOW to be billed for it.... and she flips out, claiming that I'm lying to her and trying to justify it...
I asked her where the water is going, since there's a head on the hose, and how she's gonna get billed for using water when nothing is being used...
She says 'It's on, and I'm being charged'.....
Then when I try to explain to her, again, that just because a valve is on, doesn't mean water is flowing, she says 'It doesn't matter!', then shuts the door... L O L
Then, I notice that the water really IS on, as she put her sprinkler head on, and apparently had been running that since about 4am...
I mean, seriously.... When you think about how people can vote democrat, here is your answer, right here...

This is just another in the long list of 'WTF?!' moments...
I went out and bought all new locks for the gates/driveways/etc. and she promptly loses 4 keys... then when I get her replacement keys she unlocks the locks and lets them sit there...unlocked.....
The house has been broken into twice in the past 3 years, but she insists 'it's a safe neighborhood, we don't need to lock things up'.. The last burglar walked in the backyard from an unlocked gate, and kicked in the back door...
She has access to the house, per the lease, and I can't count the number of times I've come home at night after work to ALL the lights off, ALL gates unlocked, BOTH doors unlocked, windows open, etc. The thing is, she's broke, so suing her won't do shit.
One day I came home and not only were the gates/doors/windows unlocked, but the front door was WIDE open... after clearing the house, and realizing nothing was amiss, I called her and she said she 'might have forgotten to close the door'......
...
She got 'lost' on an elevator...
...
She went hiking....and hiked the WRONG trail... despite both being clearly marked...
....
She's not paying the mortgage, yet she's getting in QUITE a bit of money from me and elsewhere, and still has 'no money'..
.....
She went out and bought flowers and party supplies for her birthday party, then asked me to pay rent early because she 'forgot' to pay her bills...
........
The electric has been cut off for non-payment multiple times (I did mention utilities were included, right?)
......
The gas (heat) is currently shut off for non-payment, over $3k in arrears.... and of course, she wanted me to put it in MY name this season (so she would'nt have to pay the past due balance)
...
I could go on, but yeah, I'm getting TFO....
