Animal Thieves Need a Dirt Nap - RESOLVED! LOLA IS HOME !

Fri Jul 18, 2014 12:35 pm

FUCK FUCK FUCKITY FUCK ALL!

We left B's dad's place this morning to go out to breakfast and left the dogs in the backyard. Someone came into the yard and took Lola, the small one. We know she didn't just escape because the cement block we left blocking the gap of the fence on the INSIDE was OUTSIDE the fence when we came back. Whoever it was also moved some deck furniture around for some fucking reason, but THEY TOOK OUR GODDAMN DOG! She's a service animal and a total sweetheart and WE WANT HER BACK!

WHO THE FUCK STEALS A DOG!? If I find these goddamn assholes, I'm going to break both their fucking kneecaps with AN AXE!

Lola was stolen from Juanita Beach area of Kirkland. She is Dauschund and Shitzu mix, all black with a little patch of white on her chest. She is unfixed and very very friendly. PLEASE GET THE WORD OUT and share her picture.

That's horrible. I'm in that area, I'll keep an eye out and let people know about her. Post up some flyers near Juanita beach, OO Denny beach and St. Edwards park. Those areas are where most people in the area take dogs for a walk.

This was today, 7/18/14. We left at about 1030 and arrived back around 1345. We just got done filing a police report. I appreciate any help y'all can give. We're checking Craigslist right now to see if anyone found her or is trying to sell her.

One other note, she is NOT wearing the harness shown in the picture. She was without collar or harness when she was taken.

This really pisses me off. What kind of despicable person would do that? I feel your pain brother. As you can see from my avatar I hold dogs in high esteem...especially service dogs. I sure hope you get her back.

We're on 100th. Thank you so much! We live in Seattle, but are at my fiance's dad's house while he's out of town.

Is she microchipped? If so, notify the microchip company that she is MISSING/PRESUMED STOLEN. Any veterinarian or animal control shelter that takes her in will scan her, and that message will pop up.
Also, notify Seattle Animal Control (since you're living in Seattle proper now, I am presuming that she is licenced through SAC?) that she is MISSING/PRESUMED STOLEN.

I'm so sorry, but when I had two parrots stolen by a friend when I was on bedrest with my first pregnancy, both were recovered because of the microchip when the friend/methhead tried to sell them.

Good luck, and hugs to you and B.

LOLA HAS BEEN RECOVERED!!!!!

Someone dropped her off at a vet's office a half mile away. We still don't know what happened, there is NO WAY she could have moved the cement block propped against the gate by herself, it weighs at least twice as much as she does. Someone opened that gate, whether they just let her go and left or took her and dropped her later, we don't know. But SHE'S HOME and that's the important part.
