One California couple did just that.........

Per suggestions of the state/county/local gov't, they quit watering their lawns on certain days, to reduce their water usage and help offset the drought conditions......


But....

Now they face $500 in fines for having a brown lawn...

First off, that is one of the ugliest women I have seen in a while, second they are just as dumb as the city and state. The city said cut watering but don't let your grass die. There is no way that yard gets watered twice a week. No way in hell. That yard has been neglected and they are just using the fine thing as an excuse to not take care of it. The guy is obviously lazy or he would have spent a little more time looking for a wife that does not scare the shit out of you every morning.

Besides, gravel makes a better parking surface and for some in California that's all they do with their lawns, park cars on it.
