I had an Olympia cop stick a spotlight in my face while I was walking home one night (rainy, wearing hoody, guess that made me a bad person). I refused any of his questions, went on my merry way, and bitched out his superiors up one side and down the other the next day over having my night vision ruined by having a spotlight shined into my eyes at night. I got an apology and they sent out a memo about spotlight procedure. If nothing else, it's good to bitch.
