WaGuns + 594 = ??

So, for a while now, people have been asking how 594 will affect WaGuns. This post should help answer those questions.

Very little will change on WaGuns if/when 594 starts. Per the WaGuns Members Code of Conduct, that all members are expected to abide by, you will see that we have long had this section in there:
This means that, while posting a WTS/WTB or negotiating a transaction on WaGuns, a member shall not attempt to bypass this new law by proposing to avoid any requirements of the new law.
This post / announcement is not here to stir debate over the subject of the validity of 594 or the loopholes that may or may not exist. This is policy, treated no differently than any other of our Rules or Policies as outlined in The Big Info & Rules Thread -- PLEASE READ.

5) Compliance with Laws - All WaGuns users are expected to comply with all local, state and federal laws when posting on the site. Please be aware that the Administration of WaGuns will comply with all legitimate law enforcement requests for information related to active investigations.
