This is my biggest concern : " We have made practically zero difference in the nation of our birth. The collectivist wave has continued to sweep over the land and swallow up everything in its destructive attack. "

I am not a Republican. I am not a wishy-washy independent... I am a true independent, doing my best to evaluate each controversial topic. => (therefore) many true Republicans resent me, because I often question their beliefs on subjects that I have found their logic to be confused or muddled... Slavish even. And I very well may be wrong in my understandings... I have an open mind to real evidence, and a shield up against perceived spin.
I concentrate on 2A for obvious reasons. My allies in 2A are not R's or D's. I genuinely HATE that there are far more R's than D's in our fight for 2A.
I dislike the word "fear" for my own feeling... But the D/R ratio in our 2A fight might approach a fear level in me.

Hence, our project to make a change and turn 2A into a Human Right, not a misunderstood, misinterpreted archaic part of our Constitution.

"There is no serious person out there, that you could even rig America's elections.
No evidence that that has happens in the past or can happen in the future.
I'd advise Mr. Trump to stop whining!
Instances of significant voter fraud are not to be found.....
And if Trump got the most votes, I would expect that Hillary would give a gracious concession speech...."

Choom King Barry should take his stand up act on the road!

Not only did Obama say to Putin he would have MORE flexibility after his own election, he actually congratulated Putin when Putin won! :thumbsup2:  :ROFLMAO:

Some leftist actually said the Russians are angry that they aren't getting their monies worth from Trump. Idiots.

I picked a fun day to pressure wash a trailer. That sleety rain was coming down at a 45 degree angle.

Yes, yes I did have to use my horn. People driving on the wrong side of the damn road not even paying attention, YES, I had to use my fucking horn. Sorry your ears hurt, pedestrian lady. Don't yell at me, yell at the methhead driving the wrong way.

I was going to post this in the joke thread but its not funny.

Unlike Amy Shuumer I know the difference.

1. Teaching Math In The 1950's
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is 4/5 of the price. What is his profit?

2. Teaching Math In The 1960's
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is 4/5 of the price, or $80. What is his profit?

3. Teaching Math In The 1970's
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is $80. Did he make a profit?

4. Teaching Math In The 1980's
A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is $80 and his profit is $20. Your assignment: underline the number 20.

5. Teaching Math In 1990's
A logger cuts down a beautiful forest because he is selfish and inconsiderate and cares nothing for the habitat of animals or the preservation of our woodlands He does this so he can make a profit of $20. What do you think of this way of making a living? Topic for class participation after answering the question: How did the birds and squirrels feel as the logger cut down their homes? (There are no wrong answers, and if you feel like crying, it's ok..)

6. Teaching Math In The 2000's
Same question as number 5 but if you have special needs or just feel you need assistance because of race, color, religion, sex, age, childhood memories, criminal background, then don't answer and the correct answer will be provided for you.

7. Teaching Math In 2017
Un hachero vende una carrtada de maderapara 100 pesos El costo de la producciones es 80 pesos. Cuanto dinero ha hecho?

Douchenozzle former SC Justice Stephens is the poster boy for why the doctrine that the SCOTUS is the final arbiter of constitutionality is a dangerous thing.

"Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm -- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves." – T.S. Eliot

"The right of self defence is the first law of nature: in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Wherever standing armies are kept up, and the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any colour or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction." - St. George Tucker

A careful definition of words would destroy half the agenda of the political left and scrutinizing evidence would destroy the other half. - Thomas Sowell

"To ban guns because criminals use them is to tell the innocent and law-abiding that their rights and liberties depend not on their own conduct, but on the conduct of the guilty and the lawless, and that the law will permit them to have only such rights and liberties as the lawless will allow...

For society does not control crime, ever, by forcing the law-abiding to accommodate themselves to the expected behavior of criminals. Society controls crime by forcing the criminals to accommodate themselves to the expected behavior of the law-abiding." - Jeff Snyder

Personal weapons are what raised mankind out of the mud, and the rifle is the queen of personal weapons. The possession of a good rifle, as well as the skill to use it well, truly makes a man the monarch of all he surveys. It realizes the ancient dream of the Jovian thunderbolt, and as such it is the embodiment of personal power. For this reason it exercises a curious influence over the minds of most men, and in its best examples it constitutes an object of affection unmatched by any other inanimate object.

Exactly. It's foolish to rely on the federal government to limit the power of the federal government. We the People have the final say of what is constitutional, not 9 unelected judges.

I would say that the judge's activism is that which is problematic rather than a justice's ability to discern what comports with the Constitution.

Edit: that is too "on track" for this thread so let me just say: "I like lemon gelato but it is too expensive"
