So Washington State Supreme Court says public health policy should not be decided by initiative.
The American Medical Association declared gun violence a public health issue in 2016. So gun control cannot be passed by initiatives based on the Supreme Court's ruling on safe injection sites. Bet they would change the precedent real fast if that was argued before them. |
