Neighbor's car doors were standing open... I walked over and around to the open doors... His kid (in his 30's?) was rooting under the seats for his mom's cell phone she had dropped... which was the reason I didn't see anyone initially...
Told him I had seen the doors open so I came to check it out.... he said he was looking for the phone...yadda yadda... so I walked back over to my side of the street and when he finished and had closed the car doors and turned to go in... I pasted him with a snowball!
