You get on what looks like a mini trolley car, but each seat has peddles, and you peddle while you get served & drink & a guy up front steers. On the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and in Florida, they have "Brew-Thrus", which are drive-thru liquor/convenience stores. In this state, you have to be able to 'control' the bar area, to keep minors away. Like Red Robin, where it's separated...though, sometimes the only 'separation' required is a guard rail.... A mobile bar in this state is where a caterer-type service comes to your function. I only know this because I managed a bar where the owner was trying to go from Beer only, to hard liquor, too. All we had to do is put a rail behind the barstools, and that meant we 'controlled the liquor area' |
