An important point of interest for "Muslim on Muslim violence"...there is a lot of sunni vs shiite violence. They consider each other as infidels. The issue of state vs isil also comes up. That's a political vs religious extremism issue. A radical Islamic terrorist organization is trying to dissolve statehood. So pointing out Jordan bombing IS is a moot point. Not even worth a mention In this extremism talk.

So pointing out that non extremist muslims who don't take the nastier bits of the Koran seriously are fighting the ones who do is not worth a mention?

Extremist Muslims are the problem. The fact that a lot of Muslims are not extremists and are even fighting the extremists kinda proves the point that the extremists are the outliers.

What do they teach in their madrases? Peace?

Iraq 2003 was the Gulf War as well. You had Poppy Bush in charge of Gulf War One, fucking it all up the first time by not rolling into Bagdad so Saddam could get his ass all riled up to invade Kuwait.

This set the stage for Gulf War Two to prompt Bush Junior to go in and clean up his Poppy's mess. Goddammit, we sure 'nuff do love our sequels, don't we ?

Only, true to family form, he fucked that all up as well.

By disbanding the iraqi army after his " Mission Accomplished !!! " moment in the sun, he created a half million unemployed well trained potential insurgents for hire out to whoever would pay them for their job skills.

This guaranteed a permanent cluster fuck in the Middle East so's we could be there spending tax payers money and lives protecting oil forever.

I hate politicians.

I hate religious leaders and organized religions.

I hate military industrial complex psychotics.

I hate extremist nut bar whack job motherfuckers.

Why ? Because they were created AND / OR used by the first three groups of assholes to do their dirty work for them, to keep the whole sick mess of human slaughter, starvation, and misery alive and well.

Most conflict in the world today would disappear if all these guys were out of the picture

UM.....they ONLY started fighting when ISIS killed their OWN people, we heard nothing from them when western infidels were being slaughtered.


The OPs question is "does Islam promote violence" yes or no?...so you admit that the "nastier parts of the Koran" do promote violence....I agree, the Koran and the idiots who read it are the problem.

As has been said so many times before I've lost count, the bible is equally as violent and hundreds of thousands have been killed in the name of Jesus Christ as well. So, is it really the book that matters? Gosh, maybe there are other factors in play...
