Just out of curiosity how much experience do you have driving something that big around city streets?

Got $20k or the ability to make payments on it? I got LOTS of place to keep it, all ready to set up and park, including natural shooting berms and a portion of a pond. Power and phone available, probably able to even put in a septic system and well if you wanted. Has high tension lines going over head, but does not interfere with a stable cell signal.
