I have a card in my possession that allows me access to the state EOC on Camp Murray, and various County EOCs... It could be anyone.. Could be direct liaison with County.. Or state emergency management... Could be personnel giving damage assesment reports or status updates In the event of a major incident.. All depends..


But 90% of it will be for me... My hobby... Shits and giggles...

Well, the first thing I would install solo driving this 5 ton is a back up camera. That thing has major blind spots and turns like a Norwegian Cruise Ship.
