Witness the claim that cops should be able to shoot anyone running. A faceless black guy running to avoid arrest over child support is dismissed by some as likely having it coming. Personally, I am kind of in favor of, run and get shot..armed or not.
There is no legit reason to run away from a LEO. Mind you I said run.
If you can't walk away, and you have to run...someone did something wrong...probably you.
