Yeah, he really was a big help; kudos to him. It's a little scary watching him though, hoping the cops didn't get confused about who he was.

I did see that. What amazed me was how little effect some of his seemingly KO punches were having. The family seemed so immune to all of the force options, including the brother that was shot in the abdomen and kept coming back for more.

Extreme restraint on the officer's parts. I'm not absolutely sure I could've been as reserved. Good on them!

Very true. Those were some insane haymakers. I've seen people dropped from much much less. Ignoring the internet world champion boxers, martial artists and MMA superstars who like to clog up the interwebs that was a pretty insane brawl. Very surprised less of those inbreds were killed. I wouldn't be upset if they were though.

I have nothing but respect for professional fighters however some of those punches (and kick to officer's face) were enough to knock out the best of fighters. I guess when you have adrenaline, REAL fight or die adrenaline, nothing will stop you second to complete body shutdown.

Which also is EXACTLY why when you shoot for defense you shoot to incapacitate and not kill. The one that got shot in the stomach could have very well died, didn't incapacitate him fast enough though.

After watching the vid three times, 'twoud appear all was fine untill the back ups arrived and began shoving the family about. After all the vids of leos killing people,, perhaps this family was afraid they were next. Who shot the family member? Why was he ignored while bleeding out on the ground? A lot of unanswered questions I have, including what actually started the whole thing.

Fucking pigs! Ignoring that poor, poor bleeding out bad guy on the ground, simply because they were still under attack by the rest of the inbreds! No excuse for that kind of gross neglect!!

A female walmart employee called the cops on them, cause two of them (I think two of the brothers) wouldn't let her in the restroom while the mom and sister were in there.

I immediately noticed that as well. This is the challenge of group encounter dynamics that officers face. The original officers on the scene had a problem on their hands, but were keeping it calm and talking thru things. This family was fired up and itching for trouble and the arriving officers hit the start button. The new officers probably should have just walked in and listened, gotten a good read on the situation and been in position to act rather than just charge right into the group. As soon as that one officer tried to grab someone that ignited the powderkeg. This is Monday night QB for sure, but I noticed it right off the bat when the two new officers charged into the group from behind the bell rang is it was into the cage match it went.

Holy fuck, that fat dude in tan shirt/pants has got to be the most persistent/resilient motherfucker on the face of the planet. Dude absorbed a half dozen haymakers, taser cycles, and some OC spray and is still going.

Let's see, the article says they shoved the Walmart employee to the ground (assault) to keep them from entering the restroom. Then once the arriving officers mentioned separating the family for interviews they immediately responded with forceful resistance. Not sure how talking could have prevented that... except maybe to delay the inevitable.

Agree 100%.

Very impressed with the officers ability to recognize the backdrop and resist firing. At some point every member of the inbred clan deserved a few shots of lead.
