PLEASE DEFUND THE DOL DATABASE OF HANDGUN PURCHASES AND TRANSFERS IS OBSOLETE

Things are heating up in the legislature. We need to let them know that 594 isn't "loved like a dictator thinks they are".

This sentence does not make sense. I would put a period after transfers.

Which is more important? Defunding the database, or let them know the system is obsolete? I'd leave the obsolete part for the body of the email.
