Yes... I am lol.

What I meant by that was that in PDX, you really don't need to drive places depending on where you are staying, as there are nice shops and restaurants around every corner.

And I agree, Hawthorne is the best area for cool little eateries and pubs. I just sold my Uncle's house off of 31st and Hawthorne.

I figured.

I didn't mean Hawthorne was better. I think Alberta is better for restaurants. I never really lived anywhere in PDX that didn't require driving though, so I didn't experience that.

I think I'll be in the PDX area. Staying at the Red Lion and seeing Garth Brooks at the Rose garden or Rose quarter.
