I had some micro something or others and some swollen thingies, a infection that go to my gallbladder apparently according to the doc this morning.

Yep. I had to deal with this a couple of times. It's bad shit, literally. They give you ice chips to eat, morphine drip for the pain and major doses of antibiotics. After five days, I almost had to have emergency surgery, lost 14 pounds, and the wife cried the whole time cuz I was close to the end a couple of times apparently. That morphine is amazing.

Say good bye to seating things with seeds and prepare for more salads and higher fiber in your diet. It's actually well manageable and even though it sucks, this can be a good thing for you. There is no question you are a big dude. Something like this is going to force you to manage your diet and be in tune with your body. At a young age, this is going to have a huge impact on your weight and lower your risk for other, more life threatening issues.
