Wow Brad, sorry to hear that. Diverticulitis almost killed my dad several years ago. Not something to take lightly. However, like mentioned, it is manageable. My dad was a daily sunflower seed eater. Now he's not allowed to eat anything like that. Just got to watch your diet. Good luck man!
