Some sort of problem with my colon, infection of sort, really bad for me.. Might be here a few days with possible surgery

Yhea, some kid of "problem with the colon" is quite vauge. We have MD's on here man, and we like gory details.
As Chris mentioned above, Diverticulitis or even Colitis is a serious life changing disease, but one that is very manageable.. If that's what it is.
Until then, we are going to assume it's Penile Warts and laugh at you until you come clean.
