Wright Brothers? Betsy Ross? Rosa Parks? Bill Starks? (we would have to kill him). The Wright brothers, hhhmmm ? Why not, lets put some bicycle mechanics on there. In all seriousness if we were to change it, i think it should be only presidents and or the people who were involved in forming this great nation of ours.

Sacagwea has been on a $1 coin for 15 years. She may have also been one of the first women to be asked to vote on an issue of what could be considered national importance -- during the Lewis and Clark expedition, her opinion was polled (along with everyone else in the group) about where they should spend the winter of 1805/1806.
Want to create a new bill/coin? Fine. I don't see any reason to change existing money for these kinds of issues.

The new bills are shaded like that. Without the Gold or Silver standard, it is all monopoly money with or without the coloring. Only has value because we say it does.

Gold and silver only have value because we say so.

Modern money is basically trading on the debt and credit of a nation.

I wonder what the consensus would be if the suggestion was to replace Jackson with a military hero.
