Final Update:
The folks involved have returned and picked up their trash. I have not heard from the TCSO personally but pics have been provided of them returning empty and leaving with full beds of trash. Pics in new post.

Out shooting with friends near Rainer when these two asswipes show up and dump their trash next to our parking area. If you happen to know either please let them know that Thurston County Sheriff's Department was given the description of their trucks and their plate numbers as they were dumping the trash. They Deputy will be calling me later tonight for more info. Not only was my group involved in capturing them on film dumping the crap but others in the area as well.

Depending on the type of plastic it is, some isnt. That looks like that crappy film styrofoam platic or whatever that shit is.
