Actual dumper. He also posted on Facebook a halfass apology, he was told it was ok Blah blah.

Final Update:
The folks involved have returned and picked up their trash. I have not heard from the TCSO personally but pics have been provided of them returning empty and leaving with full beds of trash. Dumper's Face  Pics of loading and leaving with full beds of trash.   |
