I'm sure he had it coming to him

Why... he was in a high crime area. And had a pocket knife. And was in jail once over drug possession. Looks like he deserved a beat down that severed his spinal cord and left him to die over the course of a week.

Doesn't look like he walked to the van to me.....

Victims cry wolf enough sometimes the Shepherd doesn't come running.

Wondering in actual % numbers how many of the characters that are arrested in this area scream and yell that they're hurt when confronted by the Police.

The Police should have called the ambulance. I'm sure that's protocol.

Run from the police, and bad things happen to you. Why is society trying so hard to make it ok to run / fight / resist? Why is the media not focusing on the fact that these young men would still be alive today had they simply followed instructions?

Baltimore has paid so much In excess force lawsuits it's not even funny. Council tried passing a law making it illegal to sue the police.. Claiming they didn't have the funds to keep paying out settlements... Didn't fly very well...

Strip clubs and bars a block off the Inner Harbor.

Tourists don't see that shit.

Same town where white people get attacked just walking down the street.
