i updated the main post with this also..
http://www.universalpro.com/is the company that purchased our company due to our company having financial problems. Still have a job so..
Upside... Huge company with 45k+ employees.. Huge upside for growth and promotions.. Cheaper health insurance, 401k retirement.. Company is on pace to make 1.4 billion on revenue..
So... all in all this is good!

yea the explained that..
The originally started as a janitorial company.. but now run multiple divisions.

Clients have known of the sale for a while apparently. Its been in the works for a few months..
