First, BPD is fucking shady as shit... I'd trust LAPD, NYPD, etc before BPD...and it's pretty clear that SOMETHING happened while he was in custody.. The video shows as much.. You don't have a severed spinal cord from 'nothing'...
Second... Fuck Baltimore. Piece of shit town. Same town where it's ROUTINE for white people to get beat up, while on video, with ignorant fucks yelling 'Fuck you Cracker', 'Fucking cracka ass nigga, GET THE FUCK OUT', 'What the fuck you doin' here whitey?'..... and yet BPD says it's 'not racially motivated'.. These 'protestors' are looting, throwing rocks and molotov cocktails at police cars and ANY CAR THAT HAS A WHITE PERSON IN IT..... Then the piece of shit mayor ORDERED the police to back off, and give room to the 'protestors' so they can break shit, loot, etc... _________________ NO DISASSEMBLE!
