Those license plates are perfect. They can be tracked and the owners assumed to have left ALL the trash that is on site.

Oh, and I fucking hate people that shoot up signs like that first one. I've never seen a happy sign like that, normally they just say "shooting is prohibited".

I do the same. Luckily I work at the dump and I can and have brought out a truckload at a time
