Only if you didn't talk to anyone for the first hour and 30 minutes. Most people could come up with one in Everett in less than 30 minutes and most of that time would be used by the guy you contact having to go get it from where he had it stashed.

Give a guy two hours and he'd go steal one for you and make the 'time limit'. That's how bad Everett has become.


Only good news that's come out of this area lately is that Marysville passed an anti-panhandling ordinance and Everett didn't. All our panhandlers (here in Marysville) moved down to Everett.
