It will kill the resell market when 594 is canceled or we all go under ground.

If/when it's challenged again I. The future, maybe we can hope they don't let Bloomberg put his money back into the court fight.

I will not sell my 'free' guns under 594. I consider it my civic duty to keep my free guns free. So I will only buy and sell free guns illegally in this state, or not at all. Or I will change residency so I can keep my free guns free. Yea, I will move to a free state if necessary. I am more than willing to sell guns in violation of 594, but in accordance with federal law. F 594. But I am not allowed to advertise this on this board. So where is it I can advertise? Refuse to comply? Haha. Funny. 594 has won. We have lost. We are a bunch if suckers. As long as we continue to tuck tail we will continue to lose.

IOTW, we need to have someone do a transfer in front of a cop, and get arrested, or act like they're ABOUT to do a transfer, and have a cop threaten to arrest them..
Or.... "First, the alleged injury is hypothetical because Plaintiffs have failed to allege that any named plaintiff has actually paid the fee and/or has been subjected to the wait period."

So someone find a 18-20 year old and walk into the ffl of your choice and transfer a gun. When you get charged a fee, and the young adult gets delayed...we will have a case.
Better yet... Two 03 ffls trade inventory in the parking lot of an antigunner organization. No doubt the cops will show up.

Fine, I've paid fucking fees for transfers. Where do I sign up to sue to get this abortion of a law struck down?

That's the spirit.
Buy new and ignore 594. Lose guns annually in tragic boating accidents and buy more guns.

I say Waguns sponsors a junior competition shooter, by providing a pistol to compete with. We can have the slide engraved with Waguns. It would be a good way to support youth sports and shooting.
