It's a Paul Allen funded boondoggle regarding endangered species.
All I care about is 1. It's funded by Paul "594" Allen. 2. Their fucking asstard petition taker outside the Safeway in West Oly today pissed me the fuck off with his attitude and rudeness. 3. Doesn't take a lawyer to file extensions. It's literally cheaper and easier to give me a thousand bucks for a troll website than to even hire a lawyer and file in court to try and seize it. All I have to do is be obnoxious and cheap.
