Well, that's the thing Steve. I didn't trash talk his business. I actually withheld a bad experience I had there. How Sergey runs his shop is his business. I only came into this thread to defend gregsguns. I had no intention of posting anything about this until I saw this thread was up and gregsguns was taking heat that was undeserved.

You guys kinda jumped to conclusions here when you called gregsguns a troll and started bashing him. He isn't a troll, and from his understanding of the situation what he said was 100% true. It was wrong of you to bash him.

How about the principle of someone slandering your business in probably the worst way at that moment and then not apologizing publicly? To say a firearms business is in support of 594 is a pretty big black mark against them.

I'm sorry he wanted you to apologize and that hurt your pride. Maybe make sure you are correct before you sling mud if you can't swallow your pride. I don't blame him.

Well, let me set the record straight here because you guys have it all wrong. Greg's Guns is almost 100% right, and I can verify that. Because I was the other member.

Sergey and I have had our disagreements in the past. I mistakenly posted in a thread that he had supported I-594. After fact checking myself I found I that I was mistaken, he had not, in fact, supported I-594. I would have made a correction to the post I made in error but the thread was closed due to some unrelated bickering.

I pm'd Sergey an apology, stating that I was wrong and would have made the correction had that thread still been open. He replied with an ultimatem stating that I must immediately start a thread with a grand apology that worships his greatness (obviously I'm embellishing a little here but you get the idea) He stated that I had 12 hours to comply or he would start a thread trashing my name. I responded with an apology.

I also informed him that I don't do ultimatems and would not comply with his demand. Moreso, I informed him that I had been in his shop previously and had a terrible customer service experience where I was ignored by himself and his staff for 10 minutes. I chose not to post a negative review of his shop because he is new and it might be damaging to his reputation. But, if he wanted to start a thread trashing my name I might not be so inclined to withhold my review of his shop.

So what happened? He posted his thread trashing me (which I never saw) and it was immediately removed by the Waguns staff. I did not post a negative review of his shop so as not to stoop to the level that I was being confronted with. End of story.

Until today. Gregsguns approached the Precise Shooter shop as I was waiting out front for Sergey to finish pricing items so the sale could begin. I saw his Cabelas hat and we struck up a conversation as we waited. Nice guy. And we had a nice talk about how successful Waguns has become, etc. Just after 11am we walk around the side of the store to the sidewalk sale. There is a very short conversation between Sergey and I.

"You are Mike, yes?"

"Yes, I am."

"I will not be having dealings with you because of how you slander my shop."

"Well, that really shows your character Sergey."

I turn to walk away and Gregsguns accompanies me. I assume he was equally disgusted by Sergey's attitude and treatment of a potential customer.

Let me make it very clear. I had no intention of ever posting this experience, or the former. If Sergey has a sandy vagina, that's his business and I don't want to stoop to that level. His approach to business/life is his own. That's his choice.

On the subject of Gregsguns being a troll, or just trying to start a problem, I can personally guarantee you that's not the case. Nice guy. We had a nice talk, and we both got to see the true character of the owner of Precise Shooter today. The only reason I'm posting this is to clarify the situation, and clear the air about Gregsguns. He is not a troll, and what he has said here is true.

My last gun was $750. Sorry no, it was $75, the one before that was $750. I didn't realize one had to pay a certain amount of money for guns to be taken seriously. As for his "liberal" agenda, I can all but assure you, that the Founders you worship would get lambasted by Fox today for being liberal.

I was just hoping to jump in soon enough that a civil war didn't break out before the whole story was out there. Honestly, I'd prefer it didn't even come out. But Greg is a nice guy and it's better just to spit it and let the situation play out. Armchair quarterbacking is better than bashing.

I'm gonna go sit on the sidelines while this thread plays out. I came to both Sgn and Waguns with the intention of meeting like minded folks and making friends, not making enemies. This thread will probably end up bringing out the worst in all of us, so be it. I've said my piece and don't plan on arguing this into oblivion.

The guy on 90% of his posts would talk down to people . Saying how he's smarter and works harder pays more taxes than anyone. If you challenged him on anything he would do the typical Liberal move and try and change the subject . I have stated it before even if he was giving guns away I would not step into his shop.
