http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/tom-brady-deflate-gate-162121409.htmlThe league announced Monday that quarterback Tom Brady was suspended four games, the team was fined $1 million and will lose its 2016 first-round draft pick and a fourth-round pick in 2017. The league has been considering punishment since the release of investigator Ted Wells' report on Thursday.

Subject to appeal and/or arbitration, so that's the max.

He will appeal and have it reduced to 2 games. Its actually a joke that they get punished for this, but get a minor slap on the wrist for Spygate.

Colts should get the Patriots 2016 1st round pick, and hte Hawks should get their #4 pick...as compensation.

Yeah, but losing draft picks doesn't really make for that big of a deal when trades can be done in advance, and the number of free agents, and undrafted out there. Teams can adjust to that kind of stuff. Plus $1M is a drop in the bucket for teams. What they should do is suspend Brady for 4 random games. That way it hurts the team in the current year unexpectedly.
I also find it strange how these findings come out right after this years current draft. This give the Pats all year to game plan for the loss of picks. If they had this info come out two or three weeks before the draft with picks being taken away it might of had a greater impact. What they should do is reduce their cap size for the year by a number of millions. That will have a larger impact then a $1M fine.

Why not strip them of their titles? Fruit of the poisonous tree in my book.

Still doesn't make me feel better about the play call at the end of the game.

Just make him play the rest of his career, with an OVER inflated ball...should balance it out.

ban him from the Hall of Fame, Pete Rose bet on baseball, but never changed his coaching to affect a games outcome.....Brady is a serial cheater, he and Belichick should never be mentioned in the hall of fame, let their legacy be that of cheaters
