What time was it, a very IMPORTANT factor, but it's nowhere to be found...

What was the lighting like? Are you saying you can't see 25ft away from you and you have to shoot something if they have something in their hand you can't identify?

I love how they add 'he may have been awake for 3 days, possibly on meth'... like that makes it OK.... Just smear the guy

Ever notice how ANY time the gov't does something wrong (or even questionable), they ALWAYS point at the other guy and say 'Nuh uh!, look what this guy did!'..

Kick down the wrong door ? It's the homeowners fault for not having his house numbers visible.
Get shot after shooting at people kicking down the wrong door? He 'failed to comply' with officers demands.
Get arrested for asking directions? The suspects were interfering with a police officer, and obstructing.

etc etc.

The fact that he was IN the lumber yard, and an EMPLOYEE saw him, leads me to believe this wasn't a low light 3 am shooting...

ETA: There's enough there to err on the side of the officers, just pisses me off that they wanna leave out critical information and put in semi non-related information in an attempt to justify their actions.
