You're serious, Chuck? If so, I can't wait to see what/how you attach those safety chains on your trailer.

That Hi-hoe will flop around like a king salmon in a fast river if it flops over off of that trailer. The single point connection will make a nice pivot and do little other than provide a means for toppling trailer and rig, too.

True about the single point. Just asking for trouble.

But what TWO points would you use, on that rig?

From the narrow view of the pic, I don't see any other points welded on. Just the one they used, in the center.

Unless that is a black ring on the outside of the yellow band, there on our right.

If so, and there is another like it on the left, I'd say the "creative" person who did this is either selectively blind, or a complete idiot. (And an enthusiastic one, at that.)
