I drive past them everyday and always wondered about the "details." So I called them up and was greeted by a very nice person.
Here is the scoop for those interested.

Hours: Wed-Sun from 10am to 6pm, May 1-Sept. 30, 2015
No Fishing License Needed

So if you have never fished or if you have a child and want to introduce them to fishing... this is a great start. Easy
You just pay for the fish you catch. Free pole and bait (fishing gear).

Basics:
3 ponds to choose from.
Small - 8" - 8.5" (roughly $4.25-$4.75)
Medium - 9" - 10.5" (roughly $5.25-$6.00)
Large - greater 10.5" (largest so far this summer is 20.5")

They will even gut and clean the fish for you. You just pay for the length of the fish you catch.
