:patriot:

Glad I got to see him many times. Even saw him play with Clapton.

That place of steel and stone. I pray that you will keep me safe, so I will not walk alone. Help me to do my duty, please watch me on my rounds.
Amongst those perilous places and slamming steel door sounds. God, keep my fellow Officers well and free from harm. Let them know I'll be there too, whenever there's alarm.
Above all when I walk my beat, no matter where I roam. Let me go back whence I came, to family and home

Timeless music, great stuff to throw a record down, open some wine and cook dinner to. Thank you for the countless great evenings relaxing and having a good time. RIP.

Wow.......What a sad, sad day. Have never had the honor to see him perform, but the loss is felt nonetheless.

Holy shit... B.B. King inspired many (including me) with music. He was a wonderful musician, artist and person. I have seen him a few times in concert, memorable experiences. Lucille will also be missed.

He was working and touring until the end of his life.

I saw him play in his prime, in Montreal at the old Capital Theater before it was torn down and replaced with a multiplex theater box.

His opener was Luther Allison, who was pretty hot at the time.

BB owned the show, though. He loved music, loved to play, and loved his audience.

And, he played Lucille until there was smoke coming off the strings. Or so it seemed.

He was the best blues guitarist, and vocalist there ever was - the King of Blues.

Very sad. RIP, King.

Tonight I'll be seeing Joe Bonamassa in Seattle. He opened up for BB when he was around 12years old. I got a feeling he'll play a tribute for the legend.

What we're gonna see tonight is one heart filled tribute. No other Blues fan will be able to witness it, so close after Kings death. It will be very sad and heart warming at the same time.

I'm in the center on the floor, about 20 rows up. Maybe I'll wear some waguns Shwag tonight.
