Where is angry moms demanding that 'safe storage' law again, which I guarantee will have an exemption for LE in it :-p

"He became physically aggressive and generally belligerent when he was not allowed to leave on his own." The officers decided to hang on to the weapon, and at one point, Dearth grabbed an officer's wrist and threatened to punch him in the face, Mulligan wrote Ohh... They should have just pushed the gun and creds into the drink.

Drunk, not armed, operate a vessel, get trapped, have firefighters respond when someone sees you passed out. Drunk, not armed, not operating a vessel, grabbing the officer and threatening to punch him if he doesn't give your gun back, after firefighters clear you. I see some solid decision making skills right there, glad he was entrusted with our safety... and glad that the agency made the right decision. Still curious as to why he wasn't charged... we all know any one of us doing the same shit would not only be charged, but probably have the shit beaten out of us for grabbing a cop and telling him that he was gonna get hit.. _________________ NO DISASSEMBLE! You have to wonder, leaving your ID and gun on the dock would be a statement of "I'm never fucking coming back". I think he was going to exit this world but got too drunk first.
